No "hate crime" charges...? What's to "look into"?

This Malave has had a pretty long rap sheet. It is no doubt she will be back onto her antics again when she is released.
Why not just have her have a heart attack or something like that in prison? A friendly coroner should have no problem filling out the paperwork afterwards. Saves the taxpayers money and saves the public from further troubles.
And her companions? Better off be euthanized too.
What the hell is a "terroristic threat"?
Don't forget this is where the illegal immigrant was beaten to death a year or so ago.
All the police there have been recently arrested for covering up that crime.
It's still a cool old coal regions town though.
