This is what it means to be a soldier in the US Army. To be killed for nothing, and then the survivors get lied to, and anyone handy gets fried. I think, in light of what is known about the officers who knew that the Islamist shitbird was on a tear, that they should definitely be cashiered, and probably shot. There is no honor in that uniform, and hasn't been for quite awhile. The only respect accorded it, is from family members, and pehaps other soldiers. The system needs purging from the top down.
