Someone should strangle HIM, for raping a 14yr.old and trying to force her into prostitution. Knowing how "justice" in this country works, he'll get a couple of yrs. at Gang Central, and be back in circulation, to do it again.
You understand there's a difference between a felony and a misdemeanor offense, yes? So something can not be a felony and still be illegal, right?

Let me help you with that. Here's how it works in the minds of dorks, vermin, and liberals, I know redundant, but here we go.
Attempted murder of a child is a misdemeanor, which is a smaller charge than a felony, because children are shorter than adults, making them smaller and just a perfect fit for a lesser charge.
That is the secondary reason, the primary reason is children don't get to vote for dorks, vermin, and liberals ( I know, redundancy again) and very few of them pay taxes or make enough money to make them worth stealing from, therefore if they are murdered it is only a misdemeanor because that is an accurate reflection of their worth to the state.
To correct this, I recommend stilts for children and high pay to attend school. Then they will be taller and worth stealing from and as a taxable asset of the state the murder of a child would then become a felony.
Do you get it now? Good, could you explain it to me, because I don't get it, I just know it's true. And that is really the way society, at least the government side of it, thinks.
Caveat: unless there is more power to be gained by using the murder of children against all those who didn't.

The STATE apparently claims that because children are not worth adults, so their murder would be a misdemeanor instead. They should TRY TELLING THAT TO PARENTS. More proof that the elitist fucks want nothing more than absolute power over us.

Although the "justice system" that we have is as messed up as the criminals themselves are, this particular scumbag will get an exception.
He is a child rapist and attempted child-killer. If this mofo goes to prison, they would most likely have to keep him under 23 hour isolation, otherwise, he would be DEAD within 12 hours of arrival. And 23-hour lockdown doesn't keep anyone safe at all. In the exercise yard, in the showers, in chow, in roll call, they can still get at him, and all it takes is a shank to the vital organs to end his career permanently.
Thats the way it works in da hood too. Child molesters and pervs don't last long in the streets.
