I have to ask: why was the motorcade in Vancouver at the Games, in New York visiting the set of a TV Show, and in New Mexico for no apparent purpose?

It does give one pause to think---three accidents in such a short span of time. I've always been a sucker for conspiracy theories--JFK, Pearl Harbor just to mention two.

Well, if they maintain consistency, I expect to see a bill proposin bans on vice-presidential motorcades. Especially where high capacity fully automatic limousines are involved. Perhaps a limit of one a month and a 7 day waiting period could be immediately instituted as a regulation of the National Highway Traffic Safety Board would be appropriate as we await enabling legislation removing this menace from our highways and byways.
