I'd advise the Vallejo police to go **** themselves, with their own advice. They can't do their jobs, so they encourage citizens to not only keep on paying them, but become crime victims to justify them continuing not doing their jobs. Did I miss anything?

The only reason your position exists is to protect citizens' pre-existing, God-given, natural RIGHTS. Do your damned job or GTFO!
