Just ask the Bradys. They'd be absolutely horrified at the prospect of a citizen being able to drop this badged mad dog in his tracks.
Or better yet, ask this guy. He could use the paid time off.

Too damn bad somebody else wasn't armed and could have killed this murderous sonofabitch before he got the body count up. Of course, then they would have years to regret their decision to stop him since he was a cop, and even though he committed murder it couldn't be tolerated by others in law enforcement lest they lose their "protected" status when they commit crime.
