I sometimes wonder how many of these "buy backs" are staged. Perhaps people are provided a gun to turn in, just for show.

Once a year Chicago has some big bust where they show a couple of tables with all sorts of guns stacked on them. Of course, this was all captured at one drug house.

Yea, I'm buying it all.
