So, how's that "compelling gov't interest of pubic safety" working out for you, your (dis)Honor?
"Both shootings occurred in a neighborhood known for drugs and related violence about 7 miles from the White House." Wonder if a 7.62x39 round shot at a 45 degree angle could go the distance? That would be some irony right there.
