The article is not clear on that point.
Of course, if they are successful, people may finally put the 22 caliber poodle popper to rest and focus on more appropriate cartridges.
Are there levels or stages of stupidity or is it an either/or proposition. I mean, there are no different levels of DEAD. Dead is just dead.
I think it is that way for stupid. You are or you are not interested in learning, from others or from experience.
Next question... why would a university hire stupid people for any reason, let alone to carry guns? The idea that only stupid people run universities is even scarier.
I wondered how someone could manage to accidentally shoot himself in the ass. Apparently this guy was doing "Mexican Carry", which is pretty stupid for someone "authorized" to carry a gun. Too bad he wasn't carrying in the forward position like the Cal punk who shot himself in the balls a couple of weeks ago. At least the gene pool would get cleaned up a bit.
