It is probably one of those cases where Daddy went down to the ER to get a band-aid, a report was filed and the law required an arrest in relation to a domestic violence incident.
You know that many states have laws requiring an arrest be made for domestic violence incidents which end up with a call for police assistance or an ER visit. That's the only thing that it could be. Utter folly.
One wonders if, when the little girl does grow up and becomes a responsible adult, she'll ever be allowed to own a firearm.
