We're the Only Ones Remaining Free Enough

Federal prosecutors had sought to put Burge on electronic monitoring and to confine him to his Florida home while he's awaiting his Nov. 5 sentencing. [More]
Let's see: "CONVICTED of of lying about the torture of suspects" and that's too harsh.

Meanwhile, these folks haven't been convicted of anything and that's too lenient.

wouldn't it be especially appropriate if Burge was sent to prison and placed in general population? However, the way to bet is that he will never see the inside of a prison and he will be able to have his conviction erased in a short time.

On the Hillsborough County Property Appraiser web site, you can search by property owner name to see the lovely waterfront property owned by "Burge Jon" that was used to help with his bail.
