Why would Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore 'serve' a man who wants to ban their guns?

"I pledge...to be a servant to our president..."

Gag me. And talk about having it exactly backwards. [More]
Today's Gun Rights Examiner column looks at a couple of "pro-gun" celebrities.

It doesn't look like they'll be much help.

The celebrities pledge "to free a million people from slavery." That would be ELSEWHERE in the world. Here, certain people have too many rights they don't agree with and need fewer.
A small example of how it works: They also pledge to give up plastic grocery bags. The news here tells of a TAX on plastic bags about to go into effect. So go ahead, reduce, reuse, recycle. They'll get you anyway.

Unintended consequence for the greenies on those fabric bags that are trendy to use--they retain salmonella, etc. and transfer it to other foods packed later.

So who made these pinheads gods among men? Fock 'em and the horses they rode in on.

Excellent point about contamination. I hadn't heard that, but I HAVE heard that salmonella and other food-borne illnesses are on the rise. I think you've pegged at least one of the reasons.
Plus, now when you take your canvas bags to the store, they can accuse you of stealing them or try to charge you all over again for them. Good times.

I wouldn't be too hard on 'em. They obviously enjoy the shooting sports but also don't understand how it all goes together to insure our individual liberties. I have always been pro-gun/liberty/2A but on one occasion I joked/ridiculed a fellow Airman about his ownership of an UZI by blurting out that when he goes hunting he kills two and wounds fourty-three. It was about the time of the AWB, I was on active duty, owned a crap load of my own guns but had no interest in large capacity military style weapons. Now I'm much older and wiser and have an M4-gery and 1000 rounds of ammo for it. I still love bolt action rifles and added a Ruger 77/22 in WMR as a complement to my old 77/22 in LR that I've had since the 80's.
