Santiago was featured on "House Hunters International." Some Americans were so excited about moving there. Yes, a beautiful area, where the American dollar goes a long way, named, as many Latin American cities are, for a saint.
I guess if one is TOTALLY IGNORANT about the political and social situation, or a socialist anyway, why not.
