All three Democrat sponsored anti gun rights bills are dead....As of midnight August 31st, all non-urgency, non-budget bills which were not passed by both houses died. [More]I'll need to find out more, but this is a pretty good write-up and it looks like some of the Republicans were real champs.

Keep and Bear Arms says it passed 21 - 16. Which is it?

From the Fresno Bee: "The Senate narrowly approved the measure Tuesday, the last day of the regular legislative session, on a 21-16 vote, but it failed in the Assembly."
Apparently there were one or more amendments passed that caused it to go back to the Assembly. I can't find any confirmation of that though. What were the amendments and who proposed them?
