I want to show you something: It's my shocked face.

"It has been reported that the NRA intends to award Senator Kirsten Gillibrand with a grade of F for voting ‘against them 100 percent of the time.'"

It appears that the NRA's criteria has changed. One would think that's worthy of front page news at the ILA/PVF sites.

This is the sound of a barn door swinging shut, and if you look where I'm pointing, you can see a silhouette of horse out there on the horizon.

It was becoming too obvious that she lied to get elected and never cared about gun rights at all. If I remember correctly, there was a much better candidate, but with the NRA self-fulfilling prophecy of unelectablility.
Used to be, I had to rely on the NRA newsletter to tell me who was our best potential champion. Maybe they've been reading our comments about Big Media and had an epiphany.

I'd get an 'F-' from the Brady Brats. Now, THAT"S a badge of honor!

That horse would have a trailing dust cloud behind it, right, TJP?

Yeah, but that's because you're looking. When this was pointed this out, everyone else was standing at the wrong end of the barn.

I'm sure all the people that argued with David will head back here to make their apologies, though. Right?

Also: The quote is from Paul Helmke. Who knows whether or not the NRA will do it.

There used to be this bug in the Amiga version of the SimCity game. You could tax the population at a low rate for the entire in-game year to attract new people, then on the last day you could use the game pause function to set the tax rate to 100% for one day, then switch it back for the next day. You'd be credited for a year's worth of tax revenue, but the people wouldn't riot.

That's analogous to how anti-liberty incumbents use the NRA in an election year.

G3Ken: I did not let in your comments that contained copied and pasted articles. If you're familiar with what Clayton Cramer just went through where he had to settle with Righthaven monetarily over copyright infringement claims, you'll understand why I can't. Thanks.
