Bloomberg’s New York City gun laws continue to endanger the 'law-abiding'

“Fine”? Did a government official just admit the city extorts "a sum imposed as punishment for an offense" for exercising a Constitutionally-recognized right? Or does he just personally believe gun owners need to be punished, often, and by someone who knows how? [More]
Today's Gun Rights Examiner notes how rank hath its privileges in Furious Mike Paradise, and the rest of us be damned.

Also get in the trenches with GOA and take a powder with MSSA.

If you're a regular here, can I count on you to help spread the word by sharing the link?

The conversation I had yesterday
on 42nd street with an elderly black gentleman (EBG) and myself
(CY) is apposite. I sat down on the outside chair next to him. after nodding he said:

EBG: Why don't you read us some of
your Bible there?

CY: (not understanding, looking
puzzled.

EBG: Or that a Bible? (looking at
the blue white and red cover of
a small book I had)

CY: It's a Constitution.

EBG: Well, read some of that.

CY: [reads the First Amendment
and the Second *minus* the unnecessary prefatory phrase]
"shall not be infringed."

EBG: [after reflection] They don't let *me* have so much as a slingshot."

CY: "It's a real problem we have here."

EBG: "... well... if more people had guns seems like more people would be better behaved."

CY. "An armed society is a polite society. ... Be well"

EBG. "Good day to you too.

All the best, cycjec.
