The fountain thing is the SPLC's civil rights memorial, which they say "serves as a vehicle for education and reflection about the struggle for equality." Supposedly it honors those who suffered or died in the struggle for their civil, constitutional, natural human rights.
Sounds like ... us, if they have their way.
