How appropriate can you get?
Are the decent people of Philadelphia beginning to realize that they're expendable? That maybe they're actually an ANNOYANCE to the elites? Always clamoring for services in exchange for that tax money. The nerve. Who the hell do we think we are?
"'We will not tolerate anyone taking vigilante action,' Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey warned. 'If you see someone suspicious, call 911. We will get there. We will handle.'"
I don't suppose this promise by the Commish is enough to form a 'special relationship' necessary to require the cops to protect someone?
