We're the Only Ones Two Out of Three Enough

A felony theft charge against Foucault was dismissed as part of a plea agreement reached with the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office.  [More]
Still, I wonder how many people he put away in his career on gun and drug charges...?

And how many of them got probation with the promise of clean records?

Maybe he was set up... but recent "Only One" behavior does not lead me to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Morphine in a desk drawer, uncataloged, but he doesn't plead "I don't know how that got there," just "Forgot to log it in"... Forgot a Schedule II narcotic? That's when you lose your job.
Possession of a short-barreled shotgun. Well, since most of us could be felons for our pistol-grip models, I'm OK with that charge too. No exemptions for police.

Maybe Foucault should swing.

I almost made a Foulcault pendulum pun when composing this and got called away from the computer so went ahead and published without.

I have the luxury of not running a Web site ... or having a life.
"Quim pro quo." Got to be a Codrea original.
I am humbled.
