Empowering Hussein Hamdani

I was stunned at how powerful I felt with the gun in my hand. [More]
Well, there's your problem right there.

It's YOU.
"Guns empower cowards and criminals..."

Kind of an ironic bit of sick projection going on there after your initial admission, wouldn't you say, guy?

I don't know about all Canadians, but I can agree that Hussein Hamdani should be banned from ever handling a handgun again.

Son of a bitch.

When I hold a handgun, I feel ... responsibility. Self-examination. If I'm training, will I do as well as I might? What will I learn about my skills and myself?
If at home, I feel competent to address any threat ... except ones like the Blair Hit Project. Three cops in body armor, three shots to my chest through my pajamas.
Maybe my AR-15 needs to live outside the gun safe. A handgun is what you have when you're NOT expecting trouble.

This ban handguns rhetoric is common around here too, from people who have no concept of the consequences.

That guy assumes that since he is a clueless douchebag, everyone else must be one also. After looking at a few of the comments, I can see why he thinks that; it's amazing the powers some of those people attribute to a piece of metal and plastic.
