How often have we heard some anti claim the Founders never meant for people to have modern weapons because all they had were muskets, or some such lie built along those lines?
I guess they never meant for us to be secure in our electronic effects, either...
Either that or the California Supreme Court is dominated by domestic enemies.

I guess it won't do much good to record your arrest on a cell phone video recorder. I wonder how many bystanders will be arrested to confiscate video footage.
Craig, that is definately one of the court's/law's aims here.
I forsee Qik and other online video streaming sites getting very popular. Hard to steal the video if its being uploaded live.

Lots of other outrage-making stuff reported there as well. I think it's wonderful that SWAT teams are making home movies of their raids, just like the Nazis did, thinking history would praise their heroic deeds.
