Did you see the MIDDAY smash-and-grab robbery in an English town? Thieves on scooters used hammers to break jewelry store windows on a busy streetcorner. The store employees cowered under their desks. An elderly lady passing by started hitting the robbers with her purse, cutting the losses.
Probably get sued.
A once proud nation, and people, down the crapper. So sad.
