Hi David,
The bill of rights does not apply to school kids, or to me, or to you. It applies to the Federal Government - it is a list of things that they are not allowed to do.
Of course, that is NOT what the school officials are arguing...

Where have all the adults gotten off to? It just gets stupider and stupider. Or is it more stupid and more stupid?
