Obviously the First Amendment means no more to Jersey than the Second Amendment does: nada.

Now if only the courts in Washington will stand up and protect her. I know my reaction would be to tell the NJ court to go pound sand.

Of course, New Jersey, that paragon of justice and freedom, has NO jurisdiction outside its borders.

I don't know that, Pat H--full faith and credit and all that, I believe civil suits there are enforceable without being overruled in a federal court on appeal--someone with actual legal knowledge please weigh in?

Why am I not surprised? Neu Jersey is a corrupt, mobbed-up toilet. Sort of like Chi-town writ large.
