Well the civilian subject shouldn't have provoked those officers. After all, we know that officers would never beat a man half to death unless provoked.
He must have committed some crime, like "breathing while Mexican" or some such. He should have just complied.
People go f*&%ing around with the law and all hell breaks loose.

Tell me again why I shouldn't just shoot officer Friendly first? Tell me why I should not just engage on sight? I gotta say though, the funny clothes they wear make enemy identification a breeze.
