More On Virgina Tech

School spokesman Larry Hincker said the alert system worked exactly as expected.

It's good that the alert system worked. What doesn't seem to be working very well is the VT no weapons policy.

If everyone except law breakers and only ones are disarmed, how can the "system work" any differently?
