Meaning our government is allowing "legal" weapons sales to their government knowing military firearms and ordnance will make their way to the cartels. No other explanation makes sense but that a core of evil, powerful bastards are counting on it for ambitious reasons of their own.

Has anyone done a FOI request asking how many of the firearms traced back to the US were supplied to Mexico on government contracts?
I wonder how honest the answer would be...
