Hank Johnson has got to be the stupidest man to ever serve in Congress.
Let's be fair. You also have to figure in the fact that Johnson is notary-class certifiably batshit-bugfuck nuts (and according to one staffer attempting to justify the Guam tipping episode: heavily medicated).
Not to say he isn't an ignorant, lying sack of well rotted bovine excrement, but he's a crazy lying ignoramus.
