Stakeholders

Reforming gun laws and why we all have a stake in mental health [More]
You know, the myth perpetrated by the regressives that the Royal "We" (i.e., "they") have a claim on everything, which naturally includes your and my rights...

I'm sure it's a mental illness for some, but for others, it's pretty much just the same motivation that prompts a highwayman to demand your money or your life under force of arms.

I'm not sure whether Bobbie Paxton suffers from an affliction, ignorance, or some darker motive, but hysteria over "the NRA with its unlimited power" does make me question her capacity for rational thought. Maybe if she watched a few relaxing turtle dove hunting videos she'd calm down...

In the interim, if anybody's going to be holding a stake around here, put it to good use.

This is what I left for her to ponder;

Maybe you should do a little research into the Tucson shooting. Laughner was know by the sheriff's office to be a problem. Since his parents were close friends and political supporters of the sheriff, it was all hushed up. This is the same sheriff's office that sent a SWAT team to a house and they murdered a Marine. All because his brother was "suspected" of being a drug dealer. They have never offered proof that Jose was involved. Yet he's dead and no one is answering for it.

There are so many errors in that column I'm sure it'll be picked up by the WaPo and AP.
