But, SRSLY? Come on, people! Grow up! This is the police state run amok.
The article doesn't have the whole story I'm sure, but there would have to be some major extenuating circumstances to warrant (heh) this.
You'd think the police would kindly tell the library to call the family.
Actually, she is lucky that she wasn't Tasered and shot for "resisting arrest"...
