If Zimmerman Walks

Yet the public mind has been so poisoned that an acquittal of George Zimmerman could ignite a reaction similar to that, 20 years ago, when the Simi Valley jury acquitted the LAPD cops in the Rodney King beating case. [More]
With the caveat that I have no crystal ball and I've been astonishingly wrong before, I think it will be worse. I don't think it will be confined to one city. If so, much of it will be waged by the children of the LA rioters' generation,  no doubt profoundly influenced by the quality of the parenting and the cultural influences they experienced and are immersed in.

You,re probably correct, but what form will the violence take? Will it be as in the Rodney King aftermath? Given the recent rash of isolated attacks by blacks on random white people, this may be the preferred tactic adopted. Think:Sepoy Mutiny.

Yet there is no comment from Sharpton, Jackson and others about this incident, where four men jumped a single man, beat him, and robbed him, all unknowingly caught on a motion activated surveillance camera:

Three arrests so far, with the fourth still being sought. One man arrested bragged about the attack at his local Robinson High School. It was announced that he will not be returning to that high school.

If the beaten man, a recently transferred active duty soldier living off base from the nearby MacDill AFB, had carried a pistol and used it to effectively defend himself instead of pulling out his wallet, would some claim that he provoked this attack?
