Best of luck to this man. I hope he ferrets them all out so we will know who to throw out of office at the first opportunity. Now I'm going to have to get a copy of our local budget and get to work. Our Mayor is a member. I called him out about it and never received a response. I wouldn't be surprised to find this kind of shenanigans going on.
