We're the Only Ones Giving Up Enough

Dang.  You mean bad "Why do you need a gun there?" stuff can happen anywhere?  And that we can't rely on a "monopoly of violence"?

I don't understand. Why didn't they burn him alive? That is what they would have done to a mere mortal... uh, i mean, a "civilian".
