Jury Reaches Verdict in Reese Case

I don't know what it is yet.  I'll announce it as soon as I know.

UPDATE: From KVIA.com:

Remington Reese was acquitted on all counts.
On count one, conspiracy, Remington, Ryin Reese, Rick Reese, and Terri Reese were all found not guilty.
On counts two-10, providing false statements, Ryan was found guilty on two counts, Rick was found guilty of one count, and Terri was found guilty on one count.
On counts 11-28, gun smuggling charges, all were found not guilty.
So what the hell did they just put these people through hell over the last year for? And they're not out of the woods--per KVIA's Facebook page:
Defense attorneys say they face a maximum of five years on each guilty count.
First, now that things have been reduced to the ridiculous, the family needs to be immediately let out on bail and given time to reunite and recuperate as best they can from the anguish they've been through so that they can begin to prepare for the next phase in their defense.  Then, I hope to see a vigorous and united appeal on the remaining charges, which would never have happened in the first place had they not been persecuted over, based on the evidence, nothing.

So, let me get this straight. Your family runs an honest business your whole life. The government decides that, for political reasons, they are going to target your family. The government can create a completely fictitious case, send in helicopters, seize your family and possessions, threaten you with life imprisonment, and then if you should happen to even tell them the incorrect time of day, throw you in jail for five years.

Way to go America.

Yeah, Chris, that's the way it works. Government brings so many charges against a defendant that the jury thinks "Gee - there's so much crap, there must be a pony somewhere."

The system is broken and a juror who understands that will never make it past voir dire.

Lesson: Never speak to any of the badged parasites. If you do, they will find a way to claim you lied to them, even as they lie their worthless butts off to your face, with a smirk.

Saw a clever parody of those motivational posters once. It said, "There is a word for a government that believes it can do whatever it wants: enemy.

So it is with the Obana administration.

Is there a way we can help this American family who's been wrongly targeted by Feral Government? Besides praying which has supernatural power, what worldly things can citizens not yet targeted but probably on the list, do to help? Legal defense fund or support a group that's giving assistance to the family already?

Exactly, Kent. They can't find any actual crime, so they advance the "Martha Stewart" "they lied to us" statute.

Of course, these "public servants" can lie all they want, whether under oath or otherwise, and they get a free pass.

All it takes is the one felony to ruin their livelihood in the gun sales industry.

All it takes is the felony conviction to ruin Rick's idea of running for county sheriff.

I sure hope they appeal.

I hope the truth of a setup comes out but a least it was not another Waco or Ruby Ridge. The government will lie about anything to cover thier ass just ask Eric Holder.
