I don't think Johnson really believes that nonsense about nobody wanting non-citizens to vote. My reading is that she was being a typical politician and saying what her audience wants to hear.
I think the Dhimmicrats will happily do pretty much anything that could possibly keep them in power. If that means precipitating a constitutional crisis (a la Al Gore in 2000) then so be it. Hell's Bells! If Obama really isn't a "natural born Citizen" per Article 2, Section 1 then the Dhim leadership knowlingly participated a coup d'etat! Add in the fact that historically the Dhimmicrats have used ringers, dead people, intimidation (a favorite tactic against blacks in the south) poll taxes, "literacy" tests and other dirty tricks and I see no reason to expect them to scruple at ANYTHING that might help them retain/increase in power!
