Dianne Feinstein was posted online this afternoon in advance of it's posting on the Library of Congress THOMAS legislative database site. Realy David, Who cares? This is a non-starter in the house,with no chance of passage. I dout this will get out of commity in the senate. What I wonder is this; What are they doing that needs such a large distraction?
