Duct tape, shoe laces, paper clips, and paper matches are all "machine guns" if I remember my ATF lore correctly.

And of course, a 16" AR-15 is a short-barreled rifle if the ATF uses a milling machine to make flat spots, and then 4-foot Stillson pipe wrench to snap the welds on the muzzle brake.

You know, I think it's time we started arguing FOR machine guns in private hands again. We're winning now, so why not give them something else to fight?
