I went to the city website hoping to find the draft ordinance-- as of now, the agenda , etc. for the March 4 meeting have not yet been posted.

BTW, we're not down to muskets yet here in NYS - we can still buy Garands as long as they're over fifty years old. We can buy new versions of US military rifles, as long as the design is no later than the 1917 Enfield. How come self-styled "progressives" are so backwards?
