i will...it has been done..copy below:

PLEASE...DO NOT elevate U.S. Attorney Kenneth J. Gonzales to the position of U.S. District Judge for the District of New Mexico. I have read news reports of the unfair prosecution of the Reese family on gun and money laundering charges, and Gonzales' pattern of prosecutorial misconduct in this matter as well as other instances. You can see one of these reports here: http://www.examiner.com/article/u-s-attorney-steps-up-case-against-reese-family-by-going-over-judge-s-head

This man should not be given anymore more power to ruin other lives---he has done enough damage.

Done, last night. Basically asked Sen. Grassley to oppose this nomination, and stated that Gonzales should be removed from his current post for misconduct re the Reese case.

Thanks, III N TN

I'm not familiar with their troubles, but I sent the Reese family $10, just because I trust your judgement that their plight is important, David.

I know what it is like to worry right into an ulcer about losing a house, when an insurance company sends a pre-authorization letter to get a specialized surgery for my little boy at a university hospital, and then denies ever approving the procedure, and a bill for a balance of $46,000 appears in the mailbox.

In desperation, I went to an attorney, who spent an hour and a half explaining to me what to say and write to get the insurance company to stick to its word. After I didn't get a bill and bothered his secretary a couple times saying I didn't want to be a mooch, he called me back with a verbal invoice for his time and instructions to "pay it forward." And a request to "just say thank you sometimes" instead of being a stubborn ol' farmer about it all.

At the risk of disregarding Jesus' good advice in verses 1-4, chapter 3 of the Jefferson Bible, I say, follow me, gentlemen.
