Starting July first, a gun worn in plain sight, in a holster is no longer a concealed weapon. [More]I'm trying to figure out why they need to wait until July to accept reality.

It's July because state law was changed this legislative session, and most state law changes in MS go into effect on July 1, the first day of the upcoming fiscal year.
