Far as I can tell, it's still facebook, twitter or google simply managed by discus. I don't see a way to comment without one of those accounts.
Better for many people, of course.
Why trouble yourself in attempts to login and use their blank-blank form?

By the way, that also gives you the underlying structure of the ATF's mail server account naming scheme. If you have real names of other ATF employees, it would be reasonable to use the same naming schema for them.
