NJ, like NY, could care less about FOPA. In a country where the Attorney General intentionally does not enforce Federal law he doesn't like, it is not surprising that states ignore Federal laws such as FOPA that they don't like. Arbitrary and capricious - so dies the Rule of Law in the USA.
