Anyone who thinks that it is a simple task to determine who is mentally ill or not, and that uniformed officers are free from mental illness, is not thinking rationally based on evidence. That is a nice way of saying that they are nuts.

Unfortunately, some think that all are guilty and are under suspicion until proven innocent.
