Great point, David.
I wrote to NRA to suggest NRA revoke George HW Bush's membership - after his importation ban on certain guns and ammo. Of course NRA refused to do so.
Then GHWB publicly revoked his own NRA membership in 1992, rubbing NRA's face in it.
