My suspicions of the requirements of an IQ below 60 and a desire to be a sadist, as necessary for any police applicants, would seem to be conformed by a local donut munch gang wanting to seriously threaten a group of Marine combat vets. It is obvious, to me, that thug cops and their tyrannical masters, all presume upon the kindness and self-restraint of those they seek to bully. They seem unaware that some men have a tripwire.
