An Idea Whose Time Hasn't Come

Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-Texas) has introduced a bill called the "Contempt Act," which would prevent current and future federal employees from collecting their taxpayer-funded salaries as long as they're being held in contempt of Congress. [More]
Unfortunately:
Prognosis 18% chance of getting past committee.
5% chance of being enacted.
Contemptible.

Even if it passed, Obozo wouldn't sign it. They probably wouldn't get enough votes to over ride a veto.
