So Much for "Repeal Existing Gun Laws"

“We strongly support Project Exile which we implemented in Richmond, Virginia. We were pushing and still are pushing for the federal government to do that all across the country.” [More]
Why?

Besides, it was never all you've cracked it up to be.

And Richmond still only rates 7 out of 100.

So I repeat, "Why?"

And what other existing gun laws should be enforced?

For instance, what should be done with these guys?

And where does federal authority over any of this even come from?  Section, please?

Article I, Section 8 gets stretched very far:

"To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;"

So, why was the Dept. of the Treasury and the Dept. of Justice involved in arms regulations instead of the Dept. of Commerce?
