Walking Through Lothlórien Redux

Today is an even more beautiful day than yesterday.

The temptation to play hooky and start the weekend early is great. But like the poet said, I have promises to keep and miles to go before I sleep.

I've loved that poem since I learned it in 9th grade literature class; and it works without snow, with leaves filling the visible spectrum just fine and seemingly glowing at both dawn and dusk. I'm enjoying you enjoying what's outside the abode! Hooky, hockey or hoplophobe, will the "progressives" ever outlaw fall, the change of seasons and the chloroplast raised high? Let's cherish these bright days before the dearth of sun meets the dark, dank days of frigid endless nights.
