"Legal owner" is the trick. Once you pass a new anti-gun "law", it makes some rightful owners lose their "legal owner" status, and then the gun can be stolen "legally" and this statist tool's claim remains "true".
The biggest lies are often technically true.
But, this tool is just another anti-liberty bigot.
Yes sir... more guns than people now... and we've never had lower rates of crime by ordinary thugs. The greatest danger are crimes committed against us by the official thugs, one way or another.

The firearms 'belong' to the estate of the late owner pending new ownership according to the Will after probate.
In effect the Police are not only stealing the firearms from a dead person they are seizing property still in probate.
Immoral and illegal.
The Law needs must spell out the disposition of firearms after death - silence in law simply means consent to what ever method the executors of the Will lawfully use.
I guess the Jews in Germany don't count or Hitler's other sub-humans.
