I was scolded multiple times recently by a "conservative" statist who kept insisting that only "leftists" could be statists, not conservatives.
If one believes The State can ever be legitimate, and "governing" the voluntary interactions of others is a legitimate human endeavor, one is a statist- the particular flavor is irrelevant.
I wish those statist fossils would hurry up and be replaced by rigid minerals. They'd become harmless curiosities then, instead of enemies of Rightful Liberty.
